Delete Your Account

Konverse - not class, just conversation

You can permanently delete your Konverse account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone: any unused minutes and unpaid Konverser earnings below the minimum payout are forfeited.

Delete from the app (fastest)

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Konverse and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Android

  1. Open Konverse and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Delete by email

Can't access the app, or already uninstalled it? Email us from the address (or with the phone number) you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.

Subject: Delete my account

Include: the email address or phone number on the account, and your username if you remember it.

Email a deletion request

We process email requests within 30 days and confirm by reply once the account is gone.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, username, email address, phone number, and language settings.
  • Your sign-in credentials and device tokens, so you stop receiving notifications.
  • Your saved payment methods (held by Stripe, never by Konverse) are detached.

Call records and payment records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention but are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
